Application.OnKey stopped working using %q "Alt + q" yesterday

I have been using the code bellow for a long time but yesterday it stopped working using the Alt or % key it still works using shift and Ctrl

It stopped working in all workbooks

any ideas on why this happened?

Not working with Alt
