I am building a quota system, where every client(merchants) has its own "online balance" persisted in the database, these "online balances" are expected to be updated real time for every successful transactions.
It's important to note that every single client can have it's customers sending more than 1000 transactions in a second. In that scenario, the clients online balances are expected to be updated accordingly for every successful transaction.
I plan using RabbitMQ in SpringBoot to handle this scenario considering the volume of transactions.
Could you please advise any better option and best practice in handling that.
