fetch data from the web services to stored procedure in SQL SERVER 2014

I have been assigned a task to fetch the tableset and dataset from the web services using the stored procedure in SQL SERVER 2014. Can someone help me with this case. I just wanted to know the syntax if the stored procedure. I am not able to understand how would I fetch data from the web services as it is not a database and they are going to call the procedure name only in their web service.
