Gulp serve gives no reaction in Yeoman Gulp Angular

I am new to Yeoman and Gulp. Could someone please suggest a solution to the problem below:

Tried a lot of searching but none helped. I am using Windows 7 64-bit.

If you think that I am using a bad generator, could anyone please suggest the best yeoman generator for Angular1?
