Magento show shipping cost ex and inc tax on invoice

On the invoices of my webshop I want to show the shipping cost ex tax and inc tax. The shipping costs are calculated with tablerates.csv.

Now it shows it like this: with the same price for excl tax(BTW) and incl tax(BTW)

I dont know how to make magento calculate the tax of the shipping costs.
