I'm analyzing a research work wherein it's a traffic violation detection system. I'm trying to find the gaps in it and I found out that for 1 photo their system takes approx. 11 seconds of processing, 5 photos per minute.
- I've concluded that "Their performance is too slow therefore their system needs improvement in the 'real-timeliness' factor"? Which is what I'm confirming with you guys.
- What is the minimum frames processed per second for the system to be considered performing in "real-time"?
Reason for asking: If confirmed the gap can be the subject of our own thesis.
