How can i check the position of the mouse pointer that it is within some specific coordinates in c++?

I could not check whether the mouse position is between some specific coordinates. Currently i am working on tic-tac-toe. I am using mouse functions. I need to know whether the mouse pointer is between coordinates. Provide me with some ideas. If possible codes.
