I have a list of 960 items with a count for each. I am sharing a spreadsheet with 20 people who want to buy these items (Price is not a conce here). I need the spreadsheet to automatically update the number of items once someone enters say they want some items (1,2,3 any number less than the count for that item).
For eg:
Item name Currently available Enter the number you want Name of buyer Column A 15
Column B 26 Column C 12
I would want the "Currently available" column to get updated as soon as a buyer enters the name and the number of items he wants. Buyers can buy multiple items. I need the list of buyers names with the timestamp and the number of items they entered as output. How do I do this in spreadsheets? My budget is limited or I could have gone for a better marketplace idea :(
