I would like to recreate in wordpress with boostrap the style of navbars shown at http://www.nhs.uk/pages/home.aspx both mobile and desktop.

Specifically the links at the top "Home, About, Contact, Tools, etc..." and the blue menu in the white box "Health A-Z, Live Well, Care and Support, etc..."

I don't need the white box, search etc I have already taken care of these with a new style it is the look and feel of the two menus i need that I can then change the colours of etc as i need to.

I am using the 'BST Master' starter theme the two files that deal with the code and the two built in menus are included below.

Site Title
==========
If you are displaying your site title in the "brand" link in the Bootstrap navbar,
then you probably don't require a site title. Alteatively you can use the example below.
See also the accompanying CSS example in css/bst.css .

<div class="container">
  <div class="row">
    <div class="col-sm-12">
      <h1 id="site-title">
        <a class="text-muted" href="<?php echo home_url('/'); ?>" title="<?php echo esc_attr(get_bloginfo('name', 'display')); ?>" rel="home"><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></a>
      </h1>
    </div>
  </div>
