Webstorm 11 doesn't recognize NPM but the cmp does

I use windows 10 and the CMD does recognize any NPM command but the terminal of the Webstorm doesn't. The Node.js and Node.js interpreters in the plugins are activated.

nmp -v 2.15.8
node -v 4.4.7

Any idea what I need to do?
