According to this article's Idea thread:

one can have one Apple ID that works across both the Apple Developer site as well as iTunes Coect across multiple teams.
However once I go to the iTunes Coect site and click the top right dropdown, I do not see the other App Store distribution team I'm associated with. I only see the other 2 teams I'm associated with within the Apple Developer site (this account has 2 App Store and 1 Enterprise team associations).
I also tried launching the Application Loader.app on OS X to see if it was an issue with the website.
I know I could likely reinvite myself to the team with a new email (since I'm admin on the missing team in question) but that article made it appear that this should just work now.
