Add plugin to provide API in Discuz

I want to write a plugin of Discuz! ( v3.2 ) to provide some APIs. Is there some document to describe how to do this ?

I just find the http://open.discuz.net/?ac=document&page=dev_plugin, but it does not contain those information.
