I'm using example code from arduino site to serial coect to arduino from Java. Code below.

I facing an issue like - no all data from arduino are being read by java at the moment when they are send.

Let me give You an example. Im sending 2 messages from arduino like: start message end

On java side when I read first message it will be start message

and send command second time I will have missing part from message one + message two end start message

Im using Jar version = RXTX-2.2pre1 native lib Version = RXTX-2.2pre2

What can be a root cause ?
