I haven't tested IE9, however IE10 is rendering a popup carousel with weird lines all over it.
The reason why I think it's a rendering issue, is because it is completely rendom, and it also fixes it self if I move the cursor over it or click anywhere on the dom near the issues.
I've tried disabling animations/transitions, still has the same effect. Basically it's a carousel that pops displays once a user clicks on the button that launches it, functionality and layout wise it's perfect, it's just displaying these lines, does anyone know what causes this?
