I am trying to run an http server using java and i cant seem to make the server reachable from outside of my network. I have already tried everything, port forwarding, disabling the fire wall, port opening in the router and nothing seems to be working. I have windows 10 home edition. Is there any possibility that windows 10 does not support this option, and i can not create a server like that on my laptop?
