I am trying to get all the names containing the dot symbol . from a table but it seems to be a wildcard and I am not being able to escape it correctly.
I am executing this query in the phpMyAdmin sql editor but it does not filter.
SELECT * FROM players WHERE name LIKE '%.%'
How can I escape the dot? Is it possible using only SQL?
