I own marketplace for online products, and I want to give points as a reward based on what my user does. And with that point, I want so it can be redeemed for physical thing, like discount at store, or maybe MCD's lunch meal, something like that.
My question, (assuming I have submitted proposal to merchant and they were interested to do so)
Any gotcha's idea, or how the workflow of this system be done?
Firstly thought:
I need to create public database to save ONLY points for users, then people in MCD will need to input account number printed in the membership card, and after it shows the available point of that user, redeem.
OR
I need to create expensive system like what Credit/Debit Card did? After slashing the card, input password, then bill automatically redeemed from points,
OR
What do you think? Have non-expensive GOTCHA's idea?
