highline if trhe values repeat in another three columns

Folks, i've the following sheet:

I need to conditional format cells if the values in the columns B , C and D repeat in the Columns H, I J, but ONLY if they're in sequence.

For example, if i entered a expense in the day 1 , the amount 12 and the description of A, and repeat all this values in columns H,I,J, it will automatically highline the line.

I can't solve it , i've tried a lot, but no success
