I need to write hive queries to get the number of rows for a Website. This needs to be an Oozie script (if possible) which would run bi-weekly and send a mail as a response. The script should send mail of number of all the new records generated (after a specific Date) as well as total number of records till date. The script would read a file (which contains a set of website names) for which the query would be generated and response would be generated. I am new to Oozie. How should I go about this.
