I try to style an xls-export made with the views data export module in Drupal 7. How can I add an image to the header and an exteal css-file? What is the best way to debug the rendered view-code and to test the css? Until now I use the template files like views-data-export-xls-header.tpl.php and object_log, but I'm not coming far. Thanks!
