Firefox - How do I override the CSS on all webpages so that the default image scale is 0.75?

Nothing happened when I tried this, but here's what I tried:

img {-moz-transform:scale(0.25) !important;}

under the my profile folder (random letters and number.default) with the following path:

storage > permanent > chrome > userChrome.css
