Caot use LocalDB on other PC after installing my s/w on other PC

I have created a quiz application in c# . I have created a local db. when i give a command on my PC sqllocal info it shows my db . It works fine on same PC. but when i install my application I get following error:

But when I run same application on other pc it gives me error

When I write sqllocal info it gives me

'sqllocal' is not recognized as an inteal or exteal command, operable program or batch file.

So Why doesn't my localdb work on other PC
