We are using ebay's delivering-ci-solution-with-apache-mesos approach for our CI system. Unfortunately, we found that when we use "make -j $NUM_OF_CPU" to accelerate our build, it build as slow as "make -j 1". But if we run the same "make -j $NUM_OF_CPU" outside container, we got a pretty good result. So I do some dig out. Inside Container, I run N process with endless while loop, N CPU cores jump to 100% usage; but if I run a shell script to spawn process and kill it after 2 seconds, the CPU usage is very low.
