I tried to setup meta tags for twitter for their share button like this
<meta name="twitter:card" content="summary_large_image">
<meta name="twitter:site" content="@page_before">
<meta name="twitter:creator" content="@page_before">
<meta name="twitter:title" content="title">
<meta name="twitter:description" content="description">
for testing i used my own page as site and creator (in this case it is page_before) and on tweet there was a link to my page. Then i create an official page of the website on twitter. So in meta tags i put link on this new twitter page instead of page_before and when i test it properties site and creator was still links to my account.
For testing i use twitter's page validator https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator
