I'm building a sql query in Access that searches across multiple fields (columns). So far I have for the where clause
[name] Like '*A*' OR [email] Like '*A*' OR [project] Like '*A*' ;
It doesn't work as it's giving me a syntax error. Problem is that if I just delete the very last part and leave the search for just name and email, it works just fine
[name] Like '*A*' OR [email] Like '*A*' ;
Is there something I'm missing? I've been staring at this for hours so maybe I'm blind but I don't see why the last part doesn't work unless there's a limit for OR and Like statements
Any hints would be much appreciated.
