Long delay when I try convert LatLng in Address

I have the problem when I try convert a Latitude/Longitude using the class Geocoder

    05-17 22:53:32.987 25189-26134/com.motaxis W/System.err: java.io.IOException: Timed out waiting for response from server
05-17 22:53:32.987 25189-26134/com.motaxis W/System.err:     at android.location.Geocoder.getFromLocation(Geocoder.java:136)

My Code for convert:

mGeocoder = new Geocoder(getActivity(), Locale.getDefault());
List<Address> listAdress = null;

try {
  listAdress = mGeocoder.getFromLocation(local.latitude,local.longitude,1);
} catch (IOException e) {
   e.printStackTrace();
}
