How to run unbound-host?

I a begier of setting up a server. I tried to setup my local DNS cash server with "unbound". It looks working with ping but it does not work with undound-host. I copy my setting for unbound. If someone could find problem, please let me know.

unbound looks working with ping but not with unbound-host. Thank you very much.
