Can one use a static google map and display the driving distance and time on the map in the form of a custom popup?
I have the marker set up this way based on the documentation, https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/static-maps/intro#Markers it is working fine so far. Custom attributes are enclosed in []

The popup has to show on page load, not when user clicks on the marker - similar to this example: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/infowindow-simple-max http://jsfiddle.net/RASG/X5mhL/
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/distance-matrix/intro#RequestParameters Could any APIs be used with the Static MAP API, does it come at any extra cost? I am looking at using one of these:
- Google Maps JavaScript API
- Google Static Maps API Google Street
- Image API
- Google Maps Embed API
I have the two lat-long points already for to and from address.
