MFP 7.1 Push notification - User Id gets overwritten by some Code on application restart

Users gets unsubscribed atomically when app is restarted. User ID automatically gets overwritten by some code in PUSH_SUBSCRIPTION table. I still see the device is subscribed but we are unable to send push notification because user id does not exists any more.

This happens for both the type of subscription PUSH.ALL and PushEventSource.myEventSource

As our subscription is done on login success, the user will be enrolled again until they restart the app.
