I am currently building a mobile application for Android and iOS platforms. But for syncing the data, I am building a server application on ASP.Net. Later I will be needing the server application to show web pages for viewing statistics and charts, etc. So I am confused as to how to should I do it? I have previously worked with MVC and WCF but I was thinking about WebAPI. But the problem with this approach is I need to write code separately for the web and the API. What I want to know is, can I use WebAPI controllers to have code written in one controller and accessed by both the web application pages and the mobile apps (via REST) ? Or is there any other better approach to this?
