I just recently updated Apache 2.2 to Apache 2.4, and having a bit of trouble understanding the new stuff for authentication. What I'd like to have happen is for the website to check whether the visitor has their IP whitelisted, and if so, be let in, and if their IP isn't listed, they have to put in a useame/password.

This is code that I found, and currently have implemented, but it throws an Inteal Server Error. What am I overlooking/not have in it?
