The program should:
I. Ask user to enter account number II. Read current meter reading III. Read previous month’s meter reading IV. Calculate amount consumed V. Calculate amount to be paid VI. Produce receipt VII. Repeat the whole process until user select ‘N’ VIII. Produce report for All the customer (amount to be paid)
