Vote count: 0 I have created a login page using some HTML/CSS and I want the user to enter a pre-determined password, if the password is correct, they can enter the site, if not, they can't. I have looked up a lot of tutorials/sites etc. but they either use Mongodb to create unique passwords or else use Passport which is not what I'm looking for. I realise having a pre-determined password is not best practice but it suits for the scope of what I'm doing. I plan to change it once I get a basic set up going. Vote count: 0 I have recently added two new fields to a form on a project I am working on and when I post/put a 'project', every field is uploaded except for the new ones, however, when I use Postman to post/put, those fields are sent and saved like all the others. When I console.log what is getting posted/put to the API, all the form data is there but only those two fields of 'price' and 'link' don't save to the api. I also have the form tied dynamically to what is being displayed and the when I make a PUT request, everything updates except the two fields that just retu to their original value. If a change has been made to a form and you submit the page (either cancel button or choosing a filter), a confirm box appears which asks you if you want to continue since you will lose all unsaved changes. Now if the user selects Ok, he continues with the page submit. If the user selects cancel the page submission stops. This is where I need help because the filter that starts the page submit process does not go back to its original value, and the tabular form does not filter.
