I know that the OleDBConnections is a connection to the database itself, This will then make a connection to the DataAdapter which then can connect with the dataset. However I have some questions, regarding this, which I can't find an answer for;
As I have multiple DataBases I want to connect and all those have multiple Tables inside. All those are from Access 2016 accdb with Visual Basic 2017.
If I understand correctly, then 1 connection can connect to 1 DataBase at the time (ConnectionString). But the question I have is; If I have from 1 DataBase and I have multiple DataAdapters/DataSets and/or DataTables can they all be connected to the same OleDBConnection or does every DataAdapter needs to have his own OleDBConnection?
If I have 1 DataAdapter, can this be connected to multiple DataSets or does every DataSet needs to have his own DataAdapter when the source is the same?
Same Question for DataTable (not sure if this is substitute for DataTable or DataSet, need to check this or if you can tell me), can this then have the same connection (DataTable or DataSet) or also needs for every DataTable their own connection (DataTable or DataSet)?
For all they above can you also have 1 of them for multiple sources? For the Connection I understand, as the source needs to be specified in the connectionstring, so can only hold one source. But how about the others?
If I am missing anything, that will help to clarify then any comment/remark will be very appreciated.
